Terms & conditions

NexGen Football Academy provides structured football coaching for children and young adults aged 3 to 18 at Virat Turf, JP Nagar, Bolinj, Virar West. By booking a session or enrolling with us, you agree to these terms.

We offer 2 free trial sessions to new families. Trial sessions are subject to batch availability and are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp after you submit a booking request. A trial session does not guarantee a place in a batch.

Enrollment into a training batch is subject to availability and academy discretion. Current fees and payment terms are shared directly with parents/guardians at the time of enrollment.

Football is a physical sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling your child, you confirm they are medically fit to participate in football training. NexGen Football Academy takes reasonable safety precautions during sessions, but is not liable for injuries sustained during normal play except where caused by our gross negligence.

Please inform coaching staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your child's participation.

Parents and guardians are responsible for their child arriving with appropriate sportswear, footwear, and a water bottle, and for drop-off and pick-up at the scheduled session times.

We expect respectful behaviour from players, parents, and guardians at all times. NexGen Football Academy reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session, or to end their enrollment, in cases of repeated disruptive or unsafe conduct.

Training sessions may occasionally be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, turf availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will try to notify affected families as early as possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
